Yes. Every Excel and Word template and every online tool on this site is free to use for your own work and your clients' work, with no sign-up. The site is supported by ads.

Do I need Microsoft Office?

No. The files are standard .xlsx and .docx files. They open in Microsoft Excel and Word, and also in Google Sheets and Docs, LibreOffice, WPS Office and Excel or Word on phones.

Is my data safe?

Downloaded files stay on your computer. The online tools run inside your browser and save your details only on your own device; nothing you type is sent to us.

Do the files contain macros?

No. The free templates use ordinary formulas only, so Excel does not show macro security warnings.

Do the online tools work without internet?

Yes, after the first visit. Install Toolkit as an app (the download icon in the header, or your browser's Install option) and the online tools open even when you are offline.
