Tips

Questions and answers

How is the percentage calculated?

Days present divided by days marked (present + absent + leave). Empty days are not counted.

Should leave count as absent?

The template counts leave as not present, which is the usual school practice. If your school counts approved leave as present, mark those days P.

Can I use it for staff attendance?

Yes. Replace roll numbers with employee codes.
