Meeting Minutes (Word)

A clear minutes-of-meeting (MOM) format: who was there, what was discussed, what was decided and who will do what by when. The action items table is the part people read, so it comes right after the decisions.

Free · no sign-up · opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice and WPS Office. Files contain no macros.
